Refund and Returns Policy

At Painters Business Academy, we want our attendees to have the best experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may not be able to attend the event. In the event that you are unable to attend the event, we have the following refund and return policy in place:

  • Refunds will only be issued up to 14 days after the purchase of the ticket. Requests for refunds after 14 days of purchase will not be honored.
  • The email receipt you receive upon purchase of the ticket serves as your ticket. Please ensure that your name, business name, and address are filled out correctly to avoid any issues at the event.
  • If you are unable to attend the event, you may sell your ticket to someone else. In this case, please notify us of the name change and provide the new attendee’s information.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event.
  • If the event is canceled or rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will provide a refund or credit for a future event.
